Getting Rid Of End Treat Smell
I don't know about others but I hate the smell of end treat that stays on your hands after working with it.
Even with gloves, rubber or otherwise, the stuff still seems to get onto the skin through a splash or a drip. And we all know the big skull and crossbones on the can isn't a good thing. After scrubbing my hands raw with regular soaps I had an idea. When I used to fish alot we had this scent killing soap that would get rid of gas smell, etc so it didn't transfer to the bait. Well I gave it a shot and it worked great. Was wondering if anyone else had any products they found worked as well. |

Re: Getting Rid Of End Treat Smell
I've found that Hydrogen Peroxide neutralizes almost anything. It worked when I had to get skunk smell off my face and arms. If it'll take care of skunk, it should take care of end-treat.
Cheers.

Re: Getting Rid Of End Treat Smell
I just always cover my hands, arms & legs with lots of lotion before working with stains, adhesives, poly, oil based paint, etc.
The oil in the lotion prevents anything from sticking to you. We work with alot of flooring glue & stain. This will save you hours of scrubbing yourself to death. |
