Floor Board Replacement $$

What are you guys charging per LF to tear out and replace 2"x6" PTP floor boards?

Nothing that fancy, John. We replace floor boards as part of a restoration. I rpice it high because its a pain pulling out rusted spiral nails that love to snap. I'm just curious as to how my pricing compares to what other guys are charging.

I charge $7 a square foot rather than charging for the linear footage. Thats plus disposal and materials
