Learn the proper use of the English language - assuming you are in the US

Read through the Business, Marketing, & the Fencing Sections

Post an intro in the appropriate area & put your location in your profile.

Take some business courses, buy a dictionary and DON'T ask for pricing advice here

Buy a franchise.

Seriously: there are a ton of self help books in the Library, or Barnes & Noble.
Get all your registrations, insurance worker's comp, licenes etc. Then buy a simple computer accounting system. Then figure out what it costs you to build a fence, add in your overhead, then put a markup on it to arrive at a sale price.
Then figure out whre and how you are going to advertise.
And Away You Go.

you can do what i do, i ust to get paid $14 hr to build fence and i can build 200 linear feet per day in 8-9 hrs, depend how flat the property is.

$126 dollars profit
and another day for dig and set $126
plus some helpers $200
material cost is est. $2700

$452 Total + $2700 material = $3152 / 200 ft = $15.76 / linear feet

P.S now after that if you don't learn your lesson then i say, dig your old boss back from the grave and work for him.
