Deck Staining Apllications

Ok guys, I've been reading this board for a while and have gotten alot of good info. My question is what is the most effiecient way to apply deck stain. I am currently doing work for a property management company and I have to stain approx 88 decks. These are all 8'-10' high. I spent time preping 8 of them and have started staining. I have never had to stain more than 1 deck at a time so I've always brushed. Now I have so many and after taking 4 hours on 1 deck I am considering spraying with any airless sprayer. Any advice? Comments? Insight? Thanks in advance!!

I'm not deck staining expert (or anywhere near it), but I don't think I'd spray, I'd use a roller or applicator pad on a broom handle, goes real quick.

Sprayers are fast.
Nothing beats the mechanical
action of brush on wood to
attain penetration.
There is good, fast, and cheap.
Pick one.

John<< completly agrees with Mickey,,there are too many things that can go wrong using a spray rig in res areas.

Another vote for the stain pad. No prep time so faster than a sprayer. With a steady hand you can cut in against masonry & or siding.
