Deck Screw/nail

Has anyone heard of the new screw that is shot into the composite decking with a screw gun. but, you can remove it with a square drive screw gun.I saw it once on youtube but can't remember the name.

Re: Deck Screw/nail

Probably just some kind of stand up screw gun.

I can't see a gun shooting a screw into composite decking that would not tear it up, but I've been wrong before.

The Ballistic Nailscrew.... Goes in with your stick nailer, can be removed with a screwgun if necessary.

Edit: Im sure the captain meant to say it's shot into decking with a NAILGUN

Re: Deck Screw/nail

that would be a great time saver. I wonder if they have the same holding power and a screw that was installed the "traditional" way?

I don't know what he did, and to whom... but Greg has had his hands on some sweet tools.
Including a tool that makes that nail go from "neat" to "wow, that's useful, I need that now!!".
