Deck And Fence Sealer/waterproofing

I have an estimate to do for applying sealer/waterproofing to a deck and fence. I was wondering if you guys would give me some input.

What product has had the best results?

What application method did you use?

How much time spent to apply per 100 sf?

I have no info on pricing this work, haven't done it in 10 or 12 years myself. Thanks

Baker's Gray Away or Wood Tux applied with one of these
http://sunbrite.stores.yahoo.net/deckster.html

Decks: $4 per s/f (floor measurement) which would include rail system, fascia boards, and a few steps. Thats completely strip to bare wood via specialty wood stripper followed by acidic pH balance/neutralizer.
Fences: You'll be lucky to get $2-$3 per LF per side.
