A balcony is a big step up from landscape, that is for sure!

Check out CX from CorrectDeck. It costs more but looks and sustains better than their standard.

Hidden fasteners are a nice touch, too.

Polypropylene(sp?) gives you a strong board that's PVC free.

Marty, are you hiring?

Re: CorrectPorch T&G Decking

I like the CX a lot... I have never used the porch line so I cant speak from personal experiance. I am sure it is of a nice high quality like the CX line. I would give it a try but we dont have porches here... they are called covered decks and they are just like normal decks.

Glid... I get first dibs on a job at Correct Deck... I have been pushing them around here for years.

Re: CorrectPorch T&G Decking

CorrectPorch is a different thing than the decking, it is an architecturally correct T&G product that is intended for farmer's porches. Porches are increasingly popular - they're neighborly! C'porch is a direct drop in replacement for T&G fir, complete with the reliefs on the bottom and a very subtle emboss. It doesn't have the CX technology but that is less of an issue for covered areas. It has been a very problem free product and we have had a lot of success with it. Stayshot feel free to PM me and I can send you samples, all tech info, anything you need. It is predrilled 8" OC and comes in porch friendly lengths like 10'. All the matching trim parts (ogee, half round, quarter round, plus stair treads) are available.

Robert, you have been a rock and all your support is much appreciated. Glid, we appreciate your business too. When things bounce back, you never know!
