That is called Deglass.
You can visit them at: www.deglasamericas.com
It is a high end product that comes in either double or triple layers. Mainly designed for sunrooms and greenhouses. Because of the multiple layers it reduced the heat and also it gives you UV protection. The corrugated panels are also very strong and beautiful. No comparison with the HD stuff. You can ask for a sample kit if you are interested.

I see you used some kind of hidden system, I am going to be using the ProClips specifically for Azek made by TigerClaw.

How was it putting those fasteners in? The mfr says they get beat in with a block (provided), but my experience with drive in hidden clips is limited to wood (PITA) or the clips where the board already has a groove (Endurance decking).

I was thinking I may need to either biscuit slots or route a groove.

How did you do it and how did it go?

Damn nice job BTW
Hey Bert, don't beat them in.
The manufacturer says "tap" them in. If you would like to try the Proclip you can get Tiger Claw to bring them to you along with the installation tool GregDi is talking about. You will also get a rep to work with you.

Some people have had difficulties with them. Like any product they aren't for everybody. It will require a little patience to learn. The Proclip has been around for nearly 6 years. Tiger Claw for 10 years. They wouldn't still be around if they didn't work. The past 2 years, TIger Claw has been listed in Inc Magazines list of fastest growing companies. 4 of the largest manufactures of decking have Tiger Claw manufacture their fasteners for them. You can have confidence. Tiger Claw will come to your job site to make sure you do not have any problems.

Ten boards in, it was obvious a change had to be made. Poor design. You need to beat the daylight out of the board to get them in and when you finally get them set to your desired spacing, you will see that your board has an undesirable pitch to it. Maybe with a lot of patience and practice these will work, but I will never use them again.'

We switched to the Cortex
This is the way to go. No predrilling just screw and plug. The box comes with the plugs and bits. Virtually invisible.

Rich, Call Tiger Claw tell them you weren't happy. They will make sure you get refunded for the fasteners and they will send you fasteners, tools and a rep for your next deck job.
It can be as quick as surface screwing and is quicker than any other hidden system.
You are right. It does take some patience to learn their system. Get the hang of it and it is as fast as anything with a much better finisehd product.

Call and I can get you your money back.
