Another Newbie Deck Pricing Question

I am a kitchen and bath guy but I have a customers neighbor who has purchased the lumber already and wants me to give him a price on building his all PT deck. Hartford county Connecticut.
It is 12x16. 12' side attached to house via 2x12 ledger.
he has a triple 2x12 beam on 2 6x6 posts 14' out parallel from house.
2x10 joists 12" OC cantilevered with 2 feet overhang for 16' total.
5/4 decking.
he wants no stairs and no railing. just 4x4 every 4 feet to support railing after he decides on what he wants. Is 4 feet ok or can it be 8'.
also the deck is around 10 -12' in the air. 2nd story.
I dont even think it will pass inspection.
No stairs on 2nd story deck?
I am also thinking the joists should be doubled 2x10 to span 14'.
Are 2 6x6 posts enough on 42" concrete frost line piers. I am thinking 3 6x6 4' apart with diaganol bracing to span the beam 12'.
He has purchased the lumber minus the 4x4's and wants me to supply all the hangers, screws, hardware etc.
I am thinking around $3500+ for labor & hardware.
Like I said I am a kitchen and bath remodeler but have been toying with the idea of expanding services.
Is this price way off base?
What would be a fair price?
Thanks for your speedy responses. Great site!

Only you know your overhead and profit requirements. Guesstimate how long this job will take X P/OH + MAT.= cost.

Stick to Kitchens and baths....much better money.
