Lightbulb Accounting software

Hello,
I'm getting into the deck building business and was curious as to what kind of accounting software everyone uses? Any other pointers you have for a newbie would also be appreciated.

Software??? uhhh.... we OWN ms money.... I think this year my wife might use it... otherwise I just toss everything into differant folders for each job and then add them all up at the end of the year... ok I am lying again I add them all up APR 15TH
