Sauna Heater Question

I have a question regarding connection of a Sauna Heater
There is an 8Kw 208V 3 phase Tylo heater. It has L1, L2, L3 terminals and ground. My cable has 4 wires white (neutral), black, red and ground.
How do I have to connect those wires to the terminals?

Is this a home then you cannot use the heaters in that sauna. there are for 3 phase and you more than likely have single phase.

You can use this on a single phase service.
