Residential Estimating In Massachusetts


I've been out of contracting for a few years. I have a Master Electrical license. I was wondering what the going rate is in the southern massachusetts area.Time and material and . sq. ft. or by opening it doesn't matter. Thanks

I just received a bid in Swansea for $45 opening. I also getting bids around $4 to $5 a sq ft. Hope that helps.

When a g. contractor pays his sub trades a decent amount for the projects, why search for electrical contractors all the time, all over the place? something is not right! I quit working for such cheap contractors a long time ago and am still doing a profitable business without them.
When they call I ask - what happened to your last electrician? They mumble and hang up. You have to show strenth not weekness. Remember that by paying low rates they figure that you are obviously in more need to do more work soon and will come back as soon as he says `I have work for you`.
