One Man Crews ?
Just curious of the guys running solo. How you manage to balance bidding or looking at jobs. Schedueling, and working on the job. On top of the actual billing and managing the company.
Is there anyone staying small for specific reasons? |

Scheduling is the ability to blame others for why you're not on the job. Quickbooks makes invoicing very quick and easy. Contractors remain small because they are under capitalized and lack management skills. Last edited by L. B. Condulet; 11-05-2007 at 12:09 AM. |
