Motor Wiring


HI all just joined tonight so just testing the water.I off to oz and need some advice on motors.How to wire direct-on-line motor with two stop start stations connected in delta

What country are you in? I'm not famaliar with the terms "direct on line motor". Could you translate that into North American?

I think he's buying a motor from the internet (direct on line). And this motor, perhaps two, is shipped from 2 places and has 2 destinations (2 stop start stations). And then somehow the stop sarts are wired in Delta?

Just Kidding Hog, hope the water isn't too cold, it really warms up if you just jump right in......

I can advise on the stop/start stations and the delta arrangement (high speed on a 6 or 12 lead motor), but "direct on line" I don't understand.

follow the schematic on the tag plate/sticker....

or hire somebody to do the install
