Which one was it? I was just watching the 7 mile bridge linking the mainland of Florida to the Keyes episode of Modern Marvels.

I didn't catch the title, it was about shocks, I guess. Talked about tasers, lightning, electric fences and such. I wasn't paying it more than ½ an ear, I was listening to the radio and reading posts here.
