Does anyone know where I can download a template for an "Electrical Load Data Sheet"?

Do you mean a demand load calculation?
Mike Holt has a really nice one to download in MS Excel format.

You have to contact the utility your dealing with because they have different variations depending on what your doing.Engineering Division are normally the people your going to be dealing with.
