Re: Important!!!!

One of the few good things about here in NY is you are not required to be licensed but someday it would be nice to be licensed. Problem is to be licensed i have to go back to school for several years and then do the apprenticeship. That would put me right under financially and i would lose everything i own. http://www.neca-neis.org/state/state_regs.cfm

At least, under normal circumstances:
Green with one or more yellow stripes.

Re: Important!!!!

FMC connections are permitted in what location? Class 1 division 2, class 2 division 1, or both?

Relays connected to 2 motors over 600v shall be colored coated. True or false?

Re: Important!!!!

If you want to feel really stupid. Including those of us that passed the test a while ago. Go take a Mike Holt practice test. I think they purposely ask you things so obscure to make you feel stupid and buy more books.

The quote says 'solid'.

You might work with solid #14, 12 or 10 all day long, even 4 and 6 for ground rods n such, but I don't think anyone will appreciate having to manhandle 500mcm solid.
