I've looked in my P & S book and found an SP78-W, so Likey Petey said, the supply house should be able to get it, if they have P & S then there's the number for it.

You can try the folks over at rightplate.com I use them on a regular basis for most of my customers. They normally provide custom engraved wall plates but Im pretty sure you can just purchase the normal plate from them. Use their contact form for additional questions Check out that site and they should be able to get you what you need!

You still having trouble with that plate? Go to any supply house dealing with P&S, which is a good share of them nowadays. It is sort of a weird plate you're asking for, but I can get one next day from my regular supply house. Just flip open your yellow pages....

Like the other guys said, the supply house should have it. Just depends on what line they carry (leviton, Pass & Seymour, Hubbell, etc) I went to RightPlate.com and looks like you can order it there too. Go to create-a-plate then from the drop down select combinations. Then select the material and color and check out. The site is primarily to engrave the wall plates but it let me go to the cart and check out without modifying it.

Why a no go?
