How Much Insurance Do You Carry?

I was wondering is there a minimum amount of liability insurance you must carry in Missouri? How much is it costing you a year?

Thanks

All I need to comply with local laws is 100K. If that's all a fella has, he's nuts.

Re: How Much Insurance Do You Carry?

I think the minimum here is $350k. However I work on buildings in the multiple million dollar range. Assuming catastrophic failure... my $350k policy isn't going to help much!

That's why I don't have a $350k policy, but rather I have a $2mil policy for general liability.

I also have a seperate workmans compensation policy for $500k.

But I am not in Missouri.

Wow I only do low-voltage and I'm required to have $2M (CAD) before I can walk on a job site.

I would think a highly self decorated, better state tested, way more educated person like you should know how to spell triple.

The main thing here is to know it's meaning. We all have a typo here and there. Learn something. Learn a definition.

Triple = Consisting of three united; multiplied by three; threefold; as, a triple knot; a triple tie.
