Is this a fire hazard?

Just scanning the Mac Forums and I came across this.

What do you think, fire hazard?

Is it UL Listed?

I give them 2 points for creativity, deduct 7 for taste.

Good Luck

Stealing milk crates is a crime.
Why do you think we pay so much for milk?

I say it's Photoshopped.

There's no shadows from the milk crate lamps on the chandelier stem nor the support cables for crates.

US cattle slaughter rates rise, as dairy price falls

How about the shadows on the ceiling from the crate bottoms?

Photoshopped. If the crates can create a shadow, the chandelier and the two supports for the crates should too.

It is real. And "Fire Hazzard"????

Not from the heat of the bulbs. If the install contains PROPER Bulb Sockets that ARE NOT over-Watted...... Good to go!

Milk Crates and Cable Ties allow you to build nearly ANYTHING!!!!

In my Teenage Years........I have "Witnessed...." a Car or Two or Three on Milk Crates.

If there is heat from the bulb which of course there is, and a crate made from plastic which there is, then it is very likely that the heat from the bulb will slowly warm the plastic and eventually melt or worse ignite a fire.

WATTAGE + PLASTIC = FIRE.

Not sure if they've been photoshopped or not.

With tiny little 300-pixel images, it's hard to look for editing artifacts.

But it's still 300 pixels. A pixel is a pixel is a pixel, no matter how big your monitor is.

So you're saying the photo has very low resolution which is measured in pixels.

Gotcha!

I don't know what to look for (artifacts?), but I'm seeing glare on the back side of the cartons, and light transparency on the front of the cartons. There is criss-crossing light and shadow on the ceiling.
