"Electrical Testing" Looking To Buy Some Books On The Topic

Any good books out there on subject “Electrical Testing” - volt testing, amp testing and ohm testing and so on.

I’m looking to find a book that explains the reasoning of the testing, and explains the process of the test as well why a multi meter or a mega meter is used.

I once read a really good book on your subject in college; it goes over a variety of electrical tests which will inform you as well as explain the reasoning of these tests. Also, this book has a chapter including multi and mega meter usage. I'll put it in my signature for you, if you decide to check it out.
