Does Anybody Have Scrap Wire In Chicago?

Does anybody have scrap wire in chicago because if you do im interested in buying it you name the price and quantity.

Scrapbuyer, I was reading where bad people were tearing the wiring out of new houses and selling it to scrap yards. Somewhere on this site there is a story about someone trying to steal a live transformer..... Do the police stop by your shop looking for stolen wire/transformers? If so do you folks have to keep track of who sells you copper? Around here the scrap yards pay cash and no questions are ever asked.
