Demolition - Price Per Sq/ft

Hello,

I am pricing out a renovation on a school, I have to allow for complete demo of a 85,000 sq ft area. Does anyone have a price per sq/ft they use for demo. I can allow for removal of all devices as shown on the prints but i need to allow for removal of all conduit/wire back to the source. I just want a price/sq ft to check my numbers.
