Contract Agreement Forms

Does anyone have or know where to get contract agreement Forms for projects. I'm looking for something that will legally cover my butt when dealing with people who try to get around loop holes on you and get out of contracts.

That SCREAMS attorney....as in have one review your contract, noting any and all corrections that would affect you and your business based on the laws of your State.

Re: Contract Agreement Forms

After years of learning the hardway this is what we have developed. And within Exhibit A we write the exact specifics of the job at hand and what materials we will be providing and what materials the homeowner will be providing. Just keep all your boundaries covered! Hope this helps!!

Re: Contract Agreement Forms

Thanks, this will be helpful. I'm currently going through arbitration over contract. The owner asked at start of job how long it would take me to finish. I thought he was crazy because it depended on when he had walls, ceilings framed and sheet rock up mudded and painted. I told him I had 40 days in the job. Meaning the hours I estimated where for me and a helper 8 hours a day and that came out to about 40 days and that was before change orders. He wanted me done and off the job before the sheetrock was up or ceilings up. LOL And city would not give him temp power till rock and ceilings where up and he wanted me to make them give temp power and I said there was nothing I could do and it was up to him. He fired me.lol So here we go done the road of legality's.
