Canadian Qualification Acceptable In USA?
Hi,
I am new to the forum I have been an electrician for 18yrs. Does anyone know if the Canadian Red Seal (journeyman's cert) which is a nationally recognised qualification, is accepted at all in the USA. My wife is from VA and we intend to move there in the next few months Thanks Colin |

The years you have will count for your experience needed, but you will still have to take the test.

Ok thanks that's good news. I'll settle for that, do you know if the two systems are similar? We use all home depot stuff so guess it can't be that different?
