Breake Panel Location......

I am working on a design to use an empty warehouse for office space. In the design most compatable for the use, only office walls are to the outside, and the storage closets are internal. What is the most recent requirements of the NEC for the placement of breaker panels. The owner would perfer the panel to not be in one of the offices. Thanks for your help.

Google working clearance.

36" in front, 6'7" to the top breaker, ???" elbow room at the sides and something about pipes directly above.

What is the calculated load for the service?

Your best bet is to make a dedicated electrical room and a sign that says ALL PLUMBERS KEEP OUT!
