Arc Flash Accident.

Pretty decent arc, although I've seen much better. I'm not sure what's going one after the flash but it looks like one guy says "That's it, I quit" and the other guy tries to talk him out of it.

I have seen that film elsewhere
It was security camera footage from an adjacent building next to a utility power yard.
The cabinet was supposed to be deenergized.
If my memory serves correctly, the one guy was killed.
The analysis I seem to remember talked about him running around, but that he was actually dead before he was out of the cabinet.
