I want to put 6 recessed lights in the ceiling have the framing up what do you all recomend for this 17x23 room I will have table lights but I feel the recessed will add a nice touch to the room its for a home office / getway from the wife big screen room LOL thanks for your help any help with wattage and models and size wiil help
