John is correct on the '99 verbiage:
Boy I feel silly, I was looking at it in PDF format and it shows both sides of the page at the same time ( columns don't line up ) so GFI was what I was looking at, So I yield my argument Sir. You are correct. Proceed with the punishment phase of my trial.

OK fine, be that way, I will think up my own punishment. How about I write "I like pie" 500 times. After that I'm getting a cup of coffee and a pastry.
