What's Better, Blue Or Green?

As far as I know "Blueboard" is virtually identical to "Greenboard" except for color. Why does it cost more? I've heard it's a marketing thing to increase the price. I've also heard that it's slightly more water and mold resistant.

We now have purple board, supposedly 'mold inhibitive'. Pick your poison.
