Taping Costs


We are a new start up company in B.C canada, we need help qouting the material costs for taping.

10,000 sq ft new house, celing is vaulted at around 35 ft. belly bands on 10 ft walls.

how much would the prefill, mud, bead, and tape cost? roughly

ps. machine taper!

Around here, you can buy materials for about .05 per foot. (Iowa)

So double that to .10 because you gotta love canadian prices!

You say the house is 10000 square feet, is that the board footage or floor space? How much are you materials going to cost you? Do you have an account at a drywall store, Dryco,Kenroc etc.? . Bead prices vary depending on what kind you buy, paper,plastic,or nail on and is it round bead or square bead? Mud and tape prices vary depending on which store you shop at. Will you be supplying/renting a scaffold for the vault? Are you going to flex bead the vault?

in pg bc
we would charge approx 0.80 per foot.
also why do you have belly bans on 10' walls? I would kick my guys butts if they did that.
Materials are about .20 to ..25 per foot.
