Thin out your mud more and pick up the pace your not going to make money fishing for a better ideas here. This is would be the best advice, ask anyone.
How do you make a living anyways ?

If you go with meshtape you need to use durabond on the first coat, for you probably 90min or 210 (lightweight causes cracks most of the time). As everyone else said your taking too much mud out from behind the tape. How you can check is after you wipe down the mud behind the tape, press your finger on the tape and if you leave more than like an 1/8 of an inch you have too much mud, if you cant leave a print with a small push of a finger into the tape then you took too much out.
