T-Bar Ceilings

Hey all
Been asked to quote on a T-Bar Ceiling. just a small room, 11*22 with my estimates its going to cost 3.58 sq foot. labor included. Does that sound right. I have looked around, and it sees low, but since we are small i dont have a lot of overhead.

Quoted it out at 4.97 sq foot, and got the job took 3 hours, after the smoke cleared made $900
