Skimming + Drywall Pricing?

I have a estimate on a house thats has plastered textured walls and ceiling. Texture is a very fine texture and is in good shape except most ceilings have cracks that need to be repaired. The customer wants smooth walls and ceilings and wants 2 seperate estimates on skimming or putting up rock over ceiling and walls. sq ft on walls are 3200 ceilings are 2300 sq ft. What should I price. Price is for hanging taping + 3 coats finish. im thinking 1.25 sq ft for new rock. 1.00 sq ft for skimming. Am I OFF on the skimming I am from CT by the way. Should I just put up new rock on ceiling instead of skimming because it will be a pain to skim so many rooms? any response would be appreciated thanks ADAM
