Residential Vs. Commercial Rates.
Hey was wondering if it's common practice for commercial jobs to get quoted higher per SQF than residential and if so by what percentage? Seems like they always take more time because of other trades to work around, some part of the job that isn't ready, design changes, etc...
I find it's impossible to give a set quote off plans so I just give rates for all types of supply and labour. Do you guys do the same? Thanks for any pointers. |
