Question For You Drywall Guys And Prehung Doors
When you're doing a job where there will be all new doors hung, do you like to see the doors hung after you do your work or before? Any pros and cons of each way? I'm not sure that I've seen it the other way and wonder if you get it both ways. Maybe I'm just having a brain fart over this.

Doors after drywall. Less chance of damage to doors and better install for doors.

Should probably be an exception for exterior doors.. do them first.

Re: Question For You Drywall Guys And Prehung Doors
The exteriors would be installed without the interior trim so the drywall would still be cut to fit closely to the door jamb, then when the interior trim is installed, a nice clean finish!

Excellent. That's what I was thinking. Thanks for clearing that up.
