Question On Bidding in Arizona

I just became licensed and I'm bidding my first site built home, I have no idea what people charge down here. Anybody have a ballpark idea of what to charge in S.E. AZ? Up until now I specialized in mods and manufactured homes. The home has 9' ceilings 1968 sq. ft and a normal size 2 car garage. Thanks guys. And if you feel super helpful check out my thread on auto tools.

You should have an idea of your expenses to do the job, correct? Now you have your labor and overhead? Add up and have a starting point...if that fails, ask another contractor or GC in the area and see what the market is.

Did you do the drywall in the mods and manufactured homes? If so, you probably know how much time and material it took. There really isn't much difference in a site built.
