Pricing For Scraping Cottage Cheese?
I've got 1200 sq. ft. of cottage cheese ceiling to scrape. What is a good price to charge. And how, by foot? Also, is it different for painted and unpainted?

Re: Pricing For Scraping Cottage Cheese?
Theres a company down here that does this, in my opinion, dirt cheap. They just did 1000 sq ft of ceiling for a client of mine.....removed the popcorn, did the knockdown, for $1.00 a sq. took them 4 hrs, start to finish. Place was immaculate when they left as well. http://popcornremoval.com
