As a Kauai drywaller and expert handyman," over the years - I never experienced such a decline in construction.

I mean the biggest names like Sheraton ITT corp and Ritz Carlton halted all the drywall jobs and all existing projects such as masonry, carpentry, plumbing - work was discontinued by the main corp. It got to the point where the workers never got a pay check from their companies. over the past 25 years on Kauai construction business has been good .... Ide never imagine that these big corps would fall into a small business bankruptcy as such.

Is it possible that their is a major slump in their budgets or are they going to claim bankruptcy? If anyone knows of any happenings anywhere such as - Ide like to here more stories ..do to the Kauai construction crisis and major shut downs of the biggest names in mass construction industries................. leave your stories............
