Off Angle

I just finished hanging drywall on a new addition project . It's time to tape and mud . On one part of the addition , there's a kneewall with the roof angle , and a 4' flat ceiling . I've always used flat knives to finish the off angles ( more than 90 - less than 180 ) . I'm wondering if there are quicker ways to finish it with different tools .
