New Trade For A Drywaller?

I'm asking here because the exterior section of the forum didn't get me any response.
Here it goes. There is a relativly new product out here in the midwest (been in Texas for 10 years). It's a stucco exterior that seems drywaller friendly. You install 4x8 hardiboard like material then you mesh tape joints and finish them just like any other joint you would have. Then you paint on some fancy paint and apply the colored stucco material. I guess you dont even have to paint it. The stucco is mixed in Texas and shipped. The joint compound is called ceramic mud.
I was told by a large custom builder here that many guys are looking into going with it and only one guy in the area does it. Mabye I'm just peeing in the wind, but it got me thinking.
If anyone has any experence with this let me know. I think it's called Carrara if I recall. Thanks

Nate

Ive seen stucco here in south west Pennsylvania, but its not too popular. More less a thing for busineses. I know for a fact that its popular in the mid west though. Im not quite sure what kind of life it carries though.

It's real popular on higher end homes. It is also supposed to have a 50 year structural warrenty and 10 year finish warrenty.
