Need Help On Price


Need help on sq. ft. price to tape and finish a wall at a shopping center, tenant finish. I'm a painter by trade and only do small drywall repair work as need per job. The wall is 70' long and 16' high I need to supply materials. Thanks for the help

I can finish fairly well but I'm slower than a guy that does it everyday, I did a fair amount of finish work years ago in Atlanta, but was paid hourly, I don't know what the rates are for sq. ft.

Figure about how many hours it would take you and divide into footage. Viola!! There is YOUR footage price. Maybe not mine or anybody else, but yours none the less. Good luck. We all could come down and help, cuz it is cold here and maybe warmer there.
