Multi Family Estimating
Does anyone know a formula on how to figure the amount of sheetrock used in a multi family (apts) project. This will include general furrdowns, draftstops, soffit (patios/breezeways). I would like to see if there is a quick short way of estimating the amount of pieces?
I nomally use the slab sq ft area x 5 and divide that by 32..Am i overestimating? I think i might be.. |

What?
E-mail me the prints and pay my fee. What could be easier.
