Manual Accoustic Blower

We just switched sheetrockers, and they came out to touch up some ceiling accoustic yesterday.

I noticed they had a handheld, manual accoustic blower with, what looked like a half gallon capacity.

It kind of looked like a big grease gun with a milk jug on top.

Anyone know where I can get one? I've got some spots I'd like to touch up in my home.
