Looking For Good Help In Connecticut!!!!

I am a drywall contractor in Connecticut... We are expanding our company and looking for some good employee's. Does anyone know of people in this area looking for work? If not, any ideas of where to look? We have been in business 22 years and offer more than many companies in the area. Tapers w/ experience in metal framing and s/r would be great!!!! THANKS
