Re: Let's See Some More Pictures...

I got a bazooka not long ago, but the problem I had was I prefer setting type mud so the clean up was a problem for me. So scratching my noggin one day I came up with an easier and quicker to clean solution, i blew the cobwebs off a banjo I never liked or used and modified it with some kiwi ingenuity and some scrap steel. I added a nylon wheel inside it for easier running and a small ball valve for quicker filling with a mud pump, although the syringe pump works as well and quicker to clean. The rest you can see from the pictures, just hold the end of the tape at the start to prevent drag then walk it along the join as you would with a bazooka, there's no creaser wheel so in the corners I push the tape in with my nose pickers in a couple of places then hit it with the corner roller and flusher. It's got limitations but I'm finding it brilliant for what I need. More picky's to follow.

You owe me a new computer screen now! I just spit coffee all over it.

Actually that's not a bad idea.
