i have had my share of criticism and learned to deal with it with a smile especially about asking ametuer questions and anything like that.

there was one time i was working on the ikea building down here doing a grid system subbed through walsh construction i forgot my hardhat that day and the super was a mean old bastard that drug me around the whole jobsite yelling at me and made me wear a pink hardhat for the day.
what a day that was.
but i made the best of it and brought the hardhat back for my girlfriend and she was happy
