Extruded Polystyrene Rigid Insulation Tongue And Groove?

I'm doing a job with exterior tongue and groove rigid. It's a 2" rigid insulation but I can't get a grip on how it is installed. I'd appreciate the feedback. Oh and I'm at $26.72 a sheet of regular 2" rigid. Is this close to the t&g????
