Drywall In WI
Just wondering if you need to have a contractors lic to install and mud drywall in WI. Im Lic. in MN but not in WI. Thanks for the help

To pull a permit unless you are the homeowner, you need a license. To get a license you need insurance. Some cities you may need a permit for drywall and some not, depending how far out in the sticks you are. Here is you inspectors page http://www.brianwert.com/builder/builder.htm All city requirements are different. Some you have to register in that city. I had to get fingerprinted in one. Tested in another. Voted in from a commitee in another. Regaurdless of city's you still need to register at the state level... Bob |
