cost per sq. ft. to hang and finish

What is a general estimate per sq. ft. to hang and finish in commercial construction just for labor? I know it varies from state to state but I am from Houston, TX. All responses greatly appreciated.

Seeing this on your Homepage kind ,of makes me wonder.

Manbro is a money saving resource for contractors in need of dependable, skilled trades-people and temporary laborers. We also maintain an estimating department that is capable of submitting estimates by bid or piece work for Division 6 & 9 subcontracts

WTF??????????

Wait a second...if everyone here is trying to "get some info" - does that mean we are all idiots because no one knows anything

Your very welcome,

But,
If you advertise an in house estimator, then come here to get pricing,I figure your doing some false advertising, and it makes me question your other listings.

So,
Seeing that you also like to make money off other peoples labors,we should oblidge you with our free advice.

And,
If you read any of the" how much" threads, you would know what you would be up against.

If,
You introduce yourself, and try and be a little friendly, maybe you will be treated better.

Thank you for explaining yourself sir. No false advertising here. We just don't have our estimating jot down like it should be. I am not the estimator, my brother is, and having a meeting with a general contractor in the next couple days, where the project manager asked for our unit prices, I jumped on finding out for myself. thanks...

A newcomer asking "what's the going rate" or "what would you charge for..." is a bit of a cliche around here, thus the responses. You'll find some great info if you search the forums, and a good place to start is here:
